EPSC Outstanding Student Poster Award (OSPA)

Posters will be judged based on their scientific quality, the structure of the poster, the significance and originality of the work, as well as the aesthetic appeal.

Participation is open to all Bachelor, Master and PhD students (or scientists that obtained their last degree after 1 January 2020), that have an accepted abstract as first author and that are selected for poster presentations. Please also note that the applicant must be the first author of the abstract and each author can register only ONE poster abstract for the OSPA contest at the EPSC2020. The OSPA will be awarded only to the first author of the poster and cannot be shared with a co-author or team member.

Although it will be possible to apply directly during the abstract submission, the letter of schedule for poster authors will automatically contain a link to register for the EPSC OSPA, too. If the above mentioned conditions of eligibility are fulfilled, you may sign up for the EPSC OSPA by 31 August 2020 (either directly during the abstract submission or via the link given in the letter of schedule email).

If you participate in OSPA, please embed the OSPA label into your poster file.

As prize, each awardee will receive a registration waiver for EPSC2021. The prize certificate will be handed out during the opening reception of next year's conference.

In case of any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the poster award coordinator Lena Noack by email.
