Splinter meeting & workshop request

Splinter meetings or workshops organized by participants during the course of EPSC2020 (from 21 September to 9 October 2020) may be listed in the official conference programme. Please note that the technical infrastructure for the splinter meeting (i.e. setting up an online meeting via e.g. Zoom or similar, etc.) must be managed by the splinter meeting organizer. Neither the Europlanet Society nor Copernicus Meetings will provide technical support for the respective splinter meeting. The proposer of a splinter meeting must be registered as a participant by 7 September 2020 or the splinter meeting will be removed from the programme. However, splinter meetings may be open to both participants and non-participants.

For statistical purposes, please indicate your estimated, expected number of attendees.

Please indicate your time-block preference which will be handled on a first come - first serve basis. Splinter meetings / workshops cannot be scheduled in parallel to session showcases during the first two conference weeks. A splinter meeting / workshop can be reserved for the following time blocks (all times refer to Central European Summer Time), whereby max. 2 time blocks can be booked per splinter meeting/workshop:
